Paul Hedgepath is a construction technology leader with over 25 years of experience in the design and construction industry. He has directly contributed to more than 100 projects in healthcare, hospitality, aviation, education, and mission-critical sectors. His leadership roles include positions at multiple national construction companies ranging from 6 billion to 300 million in annual revenue.

Paul helps design and construction teams integrate Building Information Modeling (BIM), laser scanning, drones, and 360° photography into their workflows. He also leads efforts to apply artificial intelligence to improve coordination, decision-making, and overall project efficiency.

As a Procore-certified consultant and the Procore Community Leader for Alabama, Paul trains his company teams on how to implement and maximize Procore’s construction management platform to drive better project outcomes.

Paul regularly speaks at national conferences and universities including Auburn University. He presents at events hosted by ABC, AGC, Trimble, and Procore. As Chair of ABC’s National Tech Committee, Paul guides over 28,000 member companies on tech adoption, workforce training, and the future of AI in construction.

Paul holds a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction from Auburn University. He remains active in education, speaking each semester at Auburn and advising universities and industry groups for over 20 years. He is committed to mentoring the next generation of construction professionals.
